“Can Do…” would sum up Happiness philosophy on life. When she decided to make catering her game Alexander sat up and took notice.  Many have tried to copy her idea of having a Special Monday meal to get over the weekend’s hangover, however, they kept on missing the mark. That is because Happiness kept on raising the bar and offers a truly unique Gourmet Traditional African menu, cooked to perfection and presented with flair, all from her home in Alexander.

From humble beginnings offering taxi commuters her special magwenya (fat cake) filled with delicious beef mince freshly prepared in her flat in Alexander and transported to be served piping hot to her customers.  Although there were other vendors the queues of people lining up to get Happiness magwenya were long. Maybe it had to a little to do with the fact that Bushy her hubby was in charge of making the dough on the Sunday evening. No matter if he came home late after his meetings with the guys from the Hood; there was dough to be prepared for Monday’s commuters.
